Since almost everyone is posting their self-introduction here instead of in the specific subforum, I'll just go with the flow

Hi, I am from Belgium but have been living abroad in several countries for the last 5.5 years, Spain being the latest in the list. Previously I already spent 3 years on the British Isles when living first in Dublin and then in Belfast. Since last summer I am in BCN.
I've been a football addict for almost 20 years now, starting off in my native Belgium supporting KV Oostende (currently in 2nd division), starting to follow football abroad soon enough. My preferences, due to my strong interest in the Middle East and the Far North, may be somewhat obscure: my favourite team in Europe is Rosenborg BK and my favourite national teams are Israel and Turkey. However, I've been actively watching Spanish football for many many years as well as it's just the most attractive league in terms of good football. My favourite Spanish team is Real Mallorca (due to the presence of my favourite player Dudu Aouate and due to some of my best friends here being from the Balearic isles) however I do wish the two teams from my present home town well.
The main reason for registering here, other than chatting about the league, is that I am a groundhopper. I've been to over 1000 grounds and try to visit both the biggest stadiums in Europe and small pitches from local amateur sides. I've been at obscure grounds of division 8 teams and been at the Camp Nou, I try to visit them all. Via this forum I hope to find some others who travel around Spain for football, carpooling and groundhopping.
Other than football, my big passions are travelling and geography (Middle East and Far North as main obsessions but always enjoyed Spain a lot) and arts (specifically poetry and music, favourite bands including -but not limited to- Echo & The Bunnymen, Bauhaus, The Smiths, Placebo, Manic Street Preachers, A Perfect Circle, Orphaned Land, Rush, The God Machine, ...)
So ¡hola! to anyone, any questions: please ask
