I think both as a player and as a coach, Pep has always been an example of someone who is truly loyal to the club colours, and that's what has made him so successful.
There's a great video of Pep when he was a 14-year-old ballboy running up and congratulating the players after they'd won a match.
As a player, he was Cruyff's 'man on the pitch' - the member of the Dream Team who best understood the concept of 'total football'.
And he's still applying the same philosophy . . .
A much faster, more technical game these days but football based on a fast, one touch, intelligent, attacking midfield game.

The key is signing or bringing up players who really understand the idea and then you can't lose.
